INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOOD EXPERIENCE MILAN SRL

The treatments are also carried out with the aid of computerized means for the following purposes: (i) Sending the requested information The processing is aimed at allowing the Data Controller to carry out all the phases relating the sending of the information requested regarding the initiative and / or project for which the interested party has expressed his interest by filling in the appropriate form to obtain more details. The processing for this purpose is based on the relationship established between the Owner and the interested party relating to the sending of the aforementioned information. The provision of all necessary data is mandatory and failing that it will be impossible to manage the requests of the interested party. The contact activities for this purpose may take place both through traditional methods (paper mail and telephone calls via operator on fixed and mobile numbers) and via e-mail and sms. (ii) Marketing and profiling Food Experience Milan Srl may process the data provided by the interested party also to send promotional, informative and institutional communications on its projects, activities and fundraising initiative, surveys and resources towards all the people who have expressed interest in the activity of Food Experience Milan Srl, through actions designed in a personalized way based on the characteristics of behavor, interests and preferences expressed by the interested party during his participation in the various initiatives of the Data Controller, in order to avoid unwanted contacts ("profiled marketing"). All data processed for the purposes referred to in point (i) will be kept until the conclusion of the established relationship and within the terms and limits set by the applicable laws, in particular administrative and civil law. For the purposes referred to in point (ii), the data will be kept until any exercise of the right of opposition by the interested party; failing that, they will be kept as long as Food Experience Milan Srl continues its mission with projects, initiatives, actions and activities consistent with the profile of the interested party. All data processed by Food Experience Milan Srl, at the end of the retention periods defined above, will be anonymized for statistical use. We also wish to inform you that the European Regulation recognizes certain rights, including the right of access and rectification, or cancellation or limitation or opposition to processing, in addiction to the right to data portability, if and as applicable (articles to 15 from 22 of the EU Regulation n. 679 of 2016). You can also propose a complaint, according to the procedures provided by the current legislation.
